tuition + payment information

payment process

  • USF tuition is subject to change. For detailed information regarding tuition please click here.
  • Tuition is due on the 5th day of each semester. Once you have been registered, you will be able to view your tuition fees online.
  • To access your fee information via the web access OASIS, click on Student Login, Registration Menu and View Fee Assessment. Please note that once you have paid your fees, your fee amount shown on the web will reflect your payment (i.e. if you have paid the entire amount, you will see $0.00 is due).
  • Please remember that you will not receive a bill. Pay or postmark your check by the fifth day of the semester to avoid the Late Payment Fee Penalty. Mail payments to:
Tuition/Purchasing & Financial Services University of South Florida 4202 E. Fowler Avenue, ADM 147 Tampa, FL 33620-5800
  • USF is now accepting payment for tuition and fees by VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Payments may be made in person or on the OASIS website. Please remember that payment deadlines remain the same. Payments are due by 5:00 PM of the 5th day of the term.
fee liability
  • The student is liable for payment after registration. Non-attendance does not cancel this liability.
  • Fee liability is removed with a formal dropping of the class. This can be accomplished by calling the apex office or using OASIS. Confirmation of drop/add transactions can be accessed through OASIS.
  • Future enrollment can be negatively affected by financial liability incurred for non-payment.
distance learning fee
  • The expense of distance education is recovered through off-site fees applied directly to tuition. A $67.00 per credit hour fee is attached to all credit courses to maintain effectiveness as providers of quality distance education. This fee will help to cover our technology and administrative costs, although this will be only a partial recovery of our total expenses. The fee will be included in your tuition cost.
financial assistance
  • Financial assistance for returning students is offered through the Osher Reentry Scholarship Program. For detailed information please click here.
