| technical issues |
- It is important to determine whether your equipment is compatible with the format used by apex prior to the start of the semester. A sample clip is provided here in order to test individual equipment.
- Technical problems should be communicated to the studio help-line [813] 974.3862 when they are experienced during a live broadcast.
- Some technical problems, such as firewall issues, ISP problems, etc, may involve third-party solutions. In such cases, the appropriate technical support should be notified.
- If the issue is not resolved by any of the steps listed below e-mailing apex@eng.usf.edu with a detailed account of the technical difficulty will ensure that the appropriate party is notified and a resolution is quickly reached.
- Lectures may be provided in alternative formats while the technical issue is being resolved if the affected student or viewing site reports the problem in a timely manner.
